Employees Satisfaction Survey

One of the core foundation here at BAUMANN is that wecare and we always aim to honour it. That´s why earlier this year we launched a big employee satisfaction survey throughout all our plants.

We prepared fully anonymous and voluntary online questionnaire with same questions for everyone. The individual plant results were then provided to local management and HR responsibles, followed by series of meetings between the employees and management with the support of Stefan S. and Karolína Aniolová to discuss what can be improved. Each plant then came up with a plan of specific actions reflecting the survey results. All BAUMANN plants are now working on their actions and we are curious how these improvements will affect next year´s survey results.

A few facts to highlight: 

  • We had some local surveys in the past, but this was a first globally managed Employee Satisfaction Survey at #BAUMANN.
  • Participation rate varied from 32% up to 79% so we definitely want to work on increasing the participation in upcoming surveys.
  • The survey was translated into 6 languages.
  • Survey was divided into 5 main categories covering company culture, working environment, communication, leadership qualities and job itself.
