Custom-made solutions in strip material with strip thickness of 0.5 mm to 16 mm and strip diameter of 2 to 120 mm.
Spiral Springs could be: Constant coil to coil distance, Variable coil to coil distance and Individual legs. There Wire shape could be Square, Flat and Round.
Springs are made from Carbon Steel,Oil tempered wire, Spring wire and Stainless steel wire
Surface: Zi/Al + top coat .

Other characteristics:

Ultrasonic cleaned (water, alcohol, hydrocarbon, PER)
Shot peened
