The radially, axially and angularly flexible products can be used up to a torque of 900 Nm. All components are made of steel. The rotation-elastic transmission element consists of a spring assembly with three layers. Each layer consists of three single springs with square cross section. The spring assemblies are linked by hubs or flanges, according to the type. The types MM, MF and FF are available in three lengths. The surface of hubs and flanges is turned, couplings are peenfinished.
The BAUMANN Flex couplings are temperature resistant from -40°C to +100°C in the standard version. For special applications couplings for temperatures up to + 300°C are also available. The standard range includes couplings for torques from 2.5 to 900 Nm.

Depending on the design, the spring bodies are connected with sleeves, flanges or hubs. All designs are available in three different lengths. All sizes are available from stock in various predrilled versions. On request, customer-specific bores, keyways, threaded bores, etc. can be made for you.
