SpeakUp!

Recently we developed the SpeakUp! policy to give our people another way of voicing their concerns if needed. Although both as individuals and as a company we are committed to responsible business conduct and acting accordance with our Code of Conduct, in course of our work, ethical questions and dilemmas might occur.
In case that our employees encounter behavior against the law or internal regulations, or they see something happening that harms our company culture, they now have the opportunity to share their suspicion completely anonymously. Personal contact and resolution of the situation with the manager or with HR is still the best way in most cases, however, it may not always be possible. That is why our employees now have the option to use fully anonymously the tool provided by third party’s People Intouch app or phone line.
Even though we hope there will never be a situation in which this function has to be used, we are proud to take another step in supporting our transparent corporate culture.
